In-kind donations of software and services to USA, Canada, and International K-12 schools and IHEs for technology improvements benefiting students, staff, and faculty. Grantees will receive software licenses, technical support, and implementation services over the course of the award term. Single Sign-On and Smart Password Manager with MFA Grant is designed to provide awarded institutions with the requisite licenses and services to a comprehensive Single-Sign-On and Smart Password Manager solution.

Benefits of Single Sign-On and Smart Password Manager with MFA Grant:

  • Provide one-click, secure access to essential applications.
  • Allow users (students, faculty, and staff) to reset passwords without the intervention of an IT help desk.
  • Single Sign-On eliminates the need of remembering multiple passwords for different applications by providing a centralized login.
  • Password Manager with MFA enables self-service password resets allowing users to reset their own passwords using multiple factors, reducing help desk call volume, and slashing password reset costs.

Accredited Higher Education institutions and K-12 schools are eligible to apply.

If your institution has previously received a grant award for other Campus Consortium grants, your campus is eligible to apply for this grant.

(Dates and deadlines are subjected to change based on the number of applications received.)

Applicants are required to demonstrate institutional purpose in the form of a “letter of intent” signed by Dean/President or member of campus leadership team. The letter should indicate the challenges the solution aims to solve and why the grant would be helpful to the institution.

Institutions are eligible to apply for multiple grants. Separate applications are required for each grant pursued.
